Preliminary examination:
It is important for Hårklinikken that its clients obtain a satisfactory result from the treatment, so that Hårklinikken continues to be regarded as a serious provider of treatment for hair and scalp disorders.
Therefore it is a prerequisite that the client comes in for a free preliminary examination before commencing any treatment. During the preliminary examination the client will have answers regarding:
- 1. The nature of the problem,
- 2. To which extent Hårklinikken can help, and/or
- 3. If there is anything that the client can do about the problem on his own.
If Hårklinikken is unable to help, we strive to refer the client to another relevant treatment.
